Flowlytix Money: Google Drive connection and sync

Where your data is kept

Flowlytix Money saves your budget in this browser and in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. Flowlytix never keeps a copy of your money figures. The app can only see the one file it creates, nothing else in your Drive.

"Google didn't give permission"

On the Google sign-in screen, make sure you tick the Google Drive box, then try again. Without it, Flowlytix can't save your sheet.

"Couldn't save to Google Drive"

Your changes are kept in this browser, and Flowlytix will try again. If the message doesn't go away:

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Click Reconnect and sign in with the same Google account.
  3. Check system status for problems with Flowlytix Money.

"Which one do you want to keep?"

This appears when this browser has changes that aren't in Google Drive, and Google Drive has a newer copy (for example, you edited on another device). Choose the copy that has the changes you want. If you're not sure, download a backup first (see below).

Keep a backup

In Flowlytix Money, use Download all your data to save your settings, plan, check-ins, salary, wealth and debts as one file. Keep it somewhere safe.

  3. ตรวจสอบสถานะระบบ ว่า Flowlytix Money มีปัญหาหรือไม่

"คุณต้องการเก็บฉบับไหน?"

ข้อความนี้จะแสดงเมื่อเบราว์เซอร์นี้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยังไม่อยู่ใน Google Drive และ Google Drive มีฉบับที่ใหม่กว่า (เช่น คุณแก้ไขจากอุปกรณ์อื่น) ให้เลือกฉบับที่มีข้อมูลที่คุณต้องการ หากไม่แน่ใจ ให้ดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลสำรองก่อน (ดูด้านล่าง)

สำรองข้อมูลไว้

ใน Flowlytix Money ใช้เมนูดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลทั้งหมด เพื่อบันทึกการตั้งค่า แผน การสรุปสิ้นเดือน เงินเดือน ความมั่งคั่ง และหนี้สิน เป็นไฟล์เดียว แล้วเก็บไว้ในที่ปลอดภัย
